What is my greatest passion?

My greatest passion is to play with thoughts, ideas, words and images. Always looking for new ways and combinations. Playing it as a sport and playing to win.

What is my idea of perfect happiness?

My idea of perfect happiness is to completely lose myself in the things that I do, as if time is standing still. It’s in those moments, when you feel really alive, that the best things are created.

What is my greatest fear?

My greatest fear is fear in itself. When you give feed to that fear, it will grow extensively and can even paralyze your mind. All creativity will come to an end and the fun in living will fade away.

What is the best thing that I love about my work?

The greatest fun is in working together and creating amazing things that can’t be copied, because they’re the fruit of the unique combination of minds.

What is the trait that I most deplore in myself?

Being stubborn and out of balance. Holding on to something so tight in order to strive for perfection. If you’re not careful enough, it might lead to non-productivity.

What is my greatest pitfall?

I value the cause of the affair more than I value my own interests.

On what occasion would I lie?

The answer to this question in itself could just as easy be a lie. So, exactly for this reason this question must remain unanswered.

What is the influence of role models in my work and in my life?

Many people have been a role model to me. In every phase of your life I have met people who were an example or role model to me. Each and every one of them has been some sort of travel companion for that period of time or all along the way. I have come to learn that by following their example or even by imitating them, you are able to find your own path.

What is the greatest achievement in my work?

This has not yet occurred. Looking forward to it!

What is the thing that I dislike the most in my work?

Details always seem to escape my attention. This is not always to my benefit. “The devil is in the detail!”, is what the English would say.

When and where was I the happiest in my work?

I’m the happiest when finishing a long process of preparation, effort and time spent on it. The adrenaline of the tension and stress that goes with it, will result in a big relieve and sensational feeling of happiness after bringing it to a good end.

If I could, what would I change about myself?

The fact that I just can’t make up my mind. There are so many attractive alternatives. It would be so nice to be able to come to a decision or a conclusion within matters of minutes.

Should I reincarnate, what would be my profession?

If there even is a next life, I have no idea. I will just let it take me by surprise and see what’s in store for me. I am curious though.

What is the most inspirational location in Den Bosch?

St. Jan Cathedral, a place of peace, tranquility and crowdedness. A place filled with stories.

Who is your greatest fan, sponsor or partner is crime?

Without any doubt my wife and kids. It’s just wonderful to have them in my life.

Whom would you like to work with in the future?

I have various people that I think of whom I’d like to work with. Each and every one of them are people who inspire me, push me, motivate me in using all of my talents and to keep doing so.

What project am I looking forward to work on?

I’m working in close corporation with Peter on developing new journeys for Passion Never Retires.
