What is the best thing that I love about my work? What I prefer in writing is to communicate feelings with people you’ll never see. It’s like a connexion between humans, all around a story which existed only in my imagination.

What is my idea of perfect happiness? « Perfect happiness » is a pleonasm. Happiness is to be free to be what you want to be day by day.

What is my greatest fear? Living in one of my books !

What is the trait that I most deplore in myself? My incertitudes ; it’s harder and harder to write a story without thinking at the reception, and this is a really bad element for write with your heart. You have to fight against that.

Which living persons in my profession do i most admire? For sure, Amélie Nothomb. I like passionate authors who don’t write for success but with craziness.

What is my greatest extravagance? My tattooed arm, no doubt !

On what occasion would I lie? Maybe for the real origins of my characters. ”Hey Pauline, why does the mean girl have the same name than me ? ”

What is the thing that I dislike the most in my work? When the computer crash all the work of the day at THIS one day you didn’t remember to save your work frequently. Always save your work after each letter you write !

When and where was I the happiest, in my work? I like when people get to asking me an epilogue to my story ! It’s a great feeling to know that your book have interested readers.

If I could, what would I change about myself? I would not change anything. I love people with their failures.

What is my greatest achievement in work? When I published my first book, Compte à rebours et lèvres intempérées, I recieved an email from Gabon. A man was touched by the story of Emily, a teenager dying of cancer. The book made him remember his brother. I felt so blessed to share this emotion with him.

Where would I most like to live? I never travelled in the USA ! I would like to see the lifestyle in New York city, maybe after my graduation here in Paris.

What is my most treasured possession ? One day, a woman told me she was a medium. She said that I will live a big moment, wearing a necklace in star. The day after, I found a jewel : a star encrusted on a stone. I do not know why, but I prefer to keep it !

What is my most marked characteristic? My tenacity !

What is my most inspirational location, in my city? I like ” Le Trocadéro ”, a magnificient view of Paris. You have the impression that the world belongs to you.

What is my favourite place to eat and drink, in my city? There is a bar I totally love. It’s a feminist bar, where you don’t have to be a boy, a girl, gay or whatever, to be accepted ! It is a cultural hotspot for feminists. It’s called « La Mutinerie » in Paris, St. Martin’s street.

What books influenced my life and how? « Le Banquet » of Plato and « La Vie devant soi » of Romain Gary. These books have totally changed my point of view on love.

Who are my favorite writers? I admire Stephen King ! But my favorite writer is french : I totally encourage you to read the work of Romain Gary ! This writer has won the Goncourt prize twice !

You Only Die Once. What music would I listen on my last day? « Silence » of Beethoven.

Who is my hero or heroine in fiction? I like the character of Arya Stark in Game of Thrones. She carries the weight of revenge. She is a very inspiring character.

Who are my heroes and heroines in real life? I do not know if I really have one ! I’ve met my heroes… They only exist in books !

Which movie would i recommend to see once in a lifetime? May I say ”Fight Club” of Fincher or is it too obvious ?

What role plays art in my life and work? I tattoed Socrate’s face on my arm. There is no one week without talking about Delphes’s story. Talking with people about Socrate who was famous for talking with people, isn’t it a fun heritage ?

Who is my greatest fan, sponsor, partner in crime? Mom, this one is for you !

Whom would I like to work with in 2018? I would love to work with a french actress, Béatrice Dalle… But I can not tell you why for the moment !

Which people in my profession would i love to meet in 2018? I will not bet on destiny. Each exchange with an author is an experience to live with the same passion.

What project, in 2018, am I looking forward to work on? I am impatient to publish my next book. I’m writing it since four years.
